To request deletion of any data associated with this application or its newsletter, email

with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include in your email:
- The Meta asset (Page, IG, Threads, or Ad account) name and ID — if requesting Meta-related deletion
- The email address you used to subscribe — if requesting newsletter deletion
Processing time
All requests are acknowledged within 7 working days and processed within 30 days, as required by Meta Platform Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
